HIDDEN COST
Dear MTN,<br> I was shocked to find out today that I have been paying a monthly \promotion"fee of R154 since April. All this \""promotion\"" entitles me to is 165MB of data which expires 5 days after purchase. This promotion makes no sense! I did not agree to this. Please deactivate this service immediately."""

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please note that some of the handsets/devices are not available on certain packages MTN allows clients to choose the handset that will benefit them, with the package chosen, instead of paying the promo fee once off MTN allows for the promo fee amount to be split into the 24 months contract.
The promo fee is included in the subscription fee and cannot be removed from the package.
