Hi Team My name is Thapelo Moeti and my girlfriend is Dineo Rose Chiloani who happens to have a cellphone contract with Mtn that for a Huawei P40 lite and a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G for which is paying R2650 since January they told her that they will allow her to leave the store if she doesn't insure the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G unfortunately she lost the Samsung she put in a claim and now she is being made to wait with no proper explanation why it's over a month now this is the poorest service I have ever seen being given to a paying customer Mtn is just the worst I've heard all sorts of stories and they have just proven it she is so frustrated that she has to always call and they don't pick up and once they do they the tell here that her claim is still being processed and it's with the insurer please assist Kind regards
