Hi, my name is Nompumelelo Shongwe. I took a contract phone from mtn riverside mall in Nelspruit and after 2 weeks realised that the multimedia speaker volume was too low. I took it back to the shop and it was booked for warranty assesment. I was told i would get feedback after 4 weeks. This is the 6th week now and I am still without a phone while im paying for the contract. I tried calling the shop and they said my assesment was approved but i have to wait for a call until 26 november so they can tell me to collect a new phone. I waited but i received no call, i sent 2 emails to mtn complaints but still i was not assisted. I called the shop twice today and the phone is not being answered. My number is ***
