Hi, MTN is the worst service provider out of them all, I took a contract with them in June and cancelled 2 days later and returned all their products on that very same day due to the bad service I received on my second day of getting the package, they are still trying to deduct and send statements of stuff I don't even have, I followed up on all social networks and emails and call centre but all I get is it has been escalated, they really offer bad service, I'll never ever again have business with Mtn. They need to teach their staff service - Noxolo Maluleke
