Hi I would just like to express our disappointment with MTN - East London (specifically Macleantown/Thornpark area)

Hi I would just like to express our disappointment with MTN - East London (specifically Macleantown/Thornpark area). We have had zero cell reception for over 1 month.. zero reception. This is an issue regarding vandalism to cell towers in these areas, however nothing has been done to rectify the issue. They also cannot give us a time frame as to when this could be resolved. Many people (business owners and private) have phoned and emailed regarding the problem. In this time there has been a farm ****** and multiple veld fires leaving us stranded without any communication. Please can MTN help resolve this issue. They probably have lost alot of business already as many people have turned to other cell or communication providers.
