Hi good day i have a contact with mtn for the past 5 years and since this year September i have been having a problems with they payments, they are months we're they are debbeting my account each and every month for more than what i owe and not on the fixed amount that i owe wen i phoned in the lady told me that i had a balance from last year but no body from mtn phoned me and this month all of a sudden they debited my account for R1895 wen my contact totals are way less than this. My contacts are coming to an end and if mtn carrys on like this i will be cancelinft my contacts,i complained on the 6th on December and uptill now it is not resolved very very bad service i have good mind of telling my bank to put a hold on jans debit order.
