Here we go again

Hi,<br> <br> 2 years ago I had issued with getting the first HTC One phone out of MTN. It was a hell of a story. Now with the HTC One M9 the same story but only this time they are actually advertising it in their catalog !!<br> <br> So I phoned the MTN Direct Call centre last week and the guys there said they have not stock but should have this week. So I phoned today and they say they have no stock and that I should phone the stores. So I phone Mall@Reds store, they say they have no stock that hey have carried for a year and Centurion Mall also said they cannot help and that I should phone a 083 222 **** number. This number I cannot get through to.<br> <br> And the lady at the call centre said the stores can definitely order for me if the warehouse has. But nobody is helping me so here I am again on HelloPeter.com. Seems like the only way to get service, hopefully ...<br> <br> What I do not understand is how MTN never seem to know how acquiring their stock works. Maybe you should put people in charge that now how to go about it.<br> <br> I am now once again out of my contract period and cannot upgrade because MTN does not feel like helping me. Everybody is just telling me to call the next person.
