I ordered a data sim card from them, biggest mistake! the agent assured me that it would be rica'd so when it arrived it was just the sim card and of course it wasn't rica'd I have been trying for a week now to get hold of them as I need to know what my number for the sim card is as it wasn't explained to me and it wasn't with the sim card only the puk number. this is ridiculous!!! when you call the helpline it asks for the phone which I don't know hence I'm trying to get through to a agent. This is really bad service I am so angry I am going to cancel and not recommend MTN to anybody. I have emailed them but no response either!
