Helpless staff at MTN greenacres

Hi my name is bongiwe I have a complain against MTN Green acres store..........I signed a contract for sumsung J5 prime on the 13th this month after that day later I was unfortunately admitted to hospital I then left the phone behind at home I stayed 7 days I hospital when I came back I try to charge the phone but the battery doesn't go up I went to the shop n told them the problem they send me to MTN repairs in Newton park (how can a new need repairs) ok fine I then received a massage that my phone has been fixed I then again went to get it at the repair center the lady that was helping me said it had a software problem n has been fixed I told her that I didn't give them to fix software because I only noticed a battery failure therefore that means the phone have problems and how can I pay for a phone for 2years which will give me problems I then ask then nicely that it's either they replace the phone or cancel the contract now they are refusing am so ****en angry with them I need this mess sort out as in soon as possible
