Help my to cancel a contract that I haven't used

Mtn is just a **** signed up for a contract asked them to use my all number on a new contract 2 months done the line thst hasn't happened when I can to inquire and cancel the contract I'm being transferred from one call to another with no help. I want to cancel I don't mind paying the cancelation fee very disappointed with Mtn a service provider I've been using all my life
