Help me get my refund from mtn please

In december 2024 i did an online application for home router that was on promotion at the time. Since i did it online they send me a link to make a payment of R485. The payment was successfull and the agent phoned me back and told me to wait for my delivery. While i was waiting that couple of days i had a problem with my simcard and i had to change it since it was not working anymore, i tried numerous time to contact mtn to tell them about the change in my contact number with no luck. Then in january 2025 they send me a bill that i mustake a payment i then responded on that email that i haven't received my router yet. A follow up was made with all the back and forth mtn ended up canceling my router. And all this time theses lots of communications that was done. They said i must expect my refund and i waited until this day no one is responding to my emails anymore please help me. For more details feel free to contact me on *** thank you
