Help me get in touch with mtn

My name is Bridget Mbatha I bought the mtn mifi 2 months back, now I have relocated to kzn and forgot my mifi back home in pta. I have loaded data on Sunday morning on the mifi simcard number ***and it's not working. The data is there but does not work. I have been trying to contact mtn since Sunday morning to now. I am failling to get through to them. I tried whatsapp number, 173,155,123,....I don't know where to get help anymore. Hello Peter Please help me to get in touch with mtn
