I have a data deal (for myself) and two ipad, also data for my kids, last week someone called saying they were delivering the new LTE sim but could not explain further as she was from the courier company, which is fair. On Friday I got the said card but just opened the envelope as I was away for the weekend and there is not helpful info there. I dont know for which number or device this is for, I dont know how they expect me to guess, I also dont know how they expect to sms swap to the number given since I only have data contracts with them. This is shocking, talk of making things easy for the customer.

For the postpaid sim swap, please follow the below process:
1. SMSs the word Swap to 44770 from their EXISTING SIM
2. An OTP (one time pin), is then generated and sent to your same, existing, active SIM. You are encouraged to save the OTP or write it down. The PIN will be valid for 15 minutes only.
3. Then SMSs Swap and the New SIM Number *OTP# from the existing SIM to 44770. E.g. Swap ****2345#
4. You need to wait until existing SIM stops working and then proceed to insert the new SIM Card into the handset.
5. The SIM Swap will then be complete.
