We apologize for the inconveniences that you have experienced. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
We however are unable to meet your expectation of buying your contract out from cell-c. You would have to settle your bill with the network provider to cancel your contract.
You can then go into your nearest MTN Store and apply for the contract deal we spoke about over the phone once you are in the position to do so.
