My Pensioner friend who is 71 years old has been struggeling for months to end his paid up contract. He struggels to hear and the following branches could not assist Carnivall Mall, Alberton City and Lambton Germiston. Today they blocked his outgoing calls they want R179.50 which he will pay in the morning.can someone please please help the other contract is finish and he does not want to renew. MTN please cancel ********** and assit a Person in distress.CON

Good day he has paid the outstanding balance so 808 says dial 135 has been have technical issues and cannot access customer info kindly provide another option this is an elderly person and he is not healthy and this matter is not making it better please
