Good day I lost my phone last week and I went to your branch to do a sim swap.I opened my contract in 2013 now in your system there's my old passport their biometrics are not matching and they couldn't assist me in doing a sim swap.Please may you assist what's the way forward for me inorder to do a sim swap.Is it possible to update my profile using the new passport?
