Help

Good day , I've received a faulty handset before the MTN strike and been advised that i could return because of so , I've been to the rosebank branch and they cant assist as its a mtn direct matter been advised by Gavvy at the branch , I've also called the call center from the branch and no one answers for 20mins +/- , because of the strike does that mean there is no service ? , <br> <br> Would like some help<br> <br> Regards<br> Prashan
