I have eventually after weeks and weeks cancelled my cell contract and moved it to prepaid. <br> <br> HOWEVER.....I have cancelled my number on the 10th of June and still MTN debited my account... I have cancelled AGAIN and this time with some miracle it was successful and the agent advised that my account will be debited AGAIN(was expecting mtn to be this ***********).<br> <br> now I want to phone back in to give them my reference number of the 10th to sort it out but cannot get hold of an agent.<br> <br> can someone with more than 2 brain cells please phone me from MTN<br> <br> Regards<br> """
