HELLOPETER...JUST AS USELESS AS MTN!!!!!!!

So hellopeter is just as useless as MTN! What is the reason for writing a review??? I always assumed someone will get back to you what *******!! 3 weeks, 2 complaints and still...NOTHING! Well after trying to call MTN who cant track my phone that went in for repairs I have spoken to at least 10 agents (no exaggeration) they just a bunch of useless people. So all these agents are trying to track down one agent who apparently is the only one who can assist in tracking my BRAND NEW PHONE which went in for repairs 2 weeks after I received it. Meanwhile the debit went off with absolutely no problem. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT...I cant even get someone to assist me with that.
