MTN does not wish to communicate in any way or form. They have no threatened me with legal action for a mistake on their side. They loaded 60Gigs of data on a sim card that never gets used monthly. They then removed it at still allocated the cost to my account. They then proceeded to do this on a month basis. I never consented in any way or form to a 60Gig bundle. I upgraded my contract and received my 30 Gig promotional data which I intended to use. So in the meanwhile they loaded the 60Gigs and my data came from there. I never signed any deal for 60 Gigs data. MTN now wants to hold me liable for the cost of that data of which I never asked for. Since December 2017 I had this issue. Every month my account gets suspended. I do not trust MTN to be my service provider anymore. I wish for them to take their contract and stick it where the son doesn't shine. All I want is my number so I can port it to another network where I wont have these hassles anymore. Hello Peter Does Not Lei. Just look at all those complaints to MTN for allocating charges to customer accounts without their consent.
