Hello i bought a mtn home wifi online and when i got home the was no coverage when i contacted them they told me this area doesnt have wifi covarage my issue is why sell me something that they know wont work in my village, secondly we arranged for a pick up and a month after they took back the ruiter they deducted money on my account without notifying me and the money is not reversable, i called they told me the ruiter was not cancelled .i lost R990 for something i never used n i never recieved proper infor on how it works, is it fair on MTN to **** me my hard earned money even now they still deduct R339.00 for the Wifi i never used.?
