Heartless MTN insurance

MTN insurance company or whatever company that facilitates the insurance claims for MTN have been nothing but a nightmare to me. A few years ago I lost my phone and when I went to put in a claim I was told I was not insured. I had to pay for the contract without a phone up until the contract was over. I then upgraded and now with this phone phone I took 2 phones which both are insured. One of the phones got damaged/broken, after claiming with the insurance I was told that I'm not insured. I pulled out a statement from MTN to prove that I pay for these phone's insurance but they still are running away from paying the claim.

I'm sick and tired of MTN and taking me for granted, I dont know if they are doing this because I'm a pensioner that's paying for my contract using pension money.

They do not fulfill their promise when you sign up for the insurance, all their are good for is take your money.
