having problems with mtn and they just dont care

Its been a week now that I've tried to buy an Internet bundle and all that they are telling me is that the service is temporarily unavailable. i tried calling the call centre and nothing is happening they had me holding on for more than 3 hours and i had to listen to the same message over and over. And none of them even had the decency to pick up the phone. either you guys do something about it or you cancel my contract and ill go to cell c or vodacom because I'm sick and tired of this s#@* and every time its the same story just a different day so do something about it because we not paying our bills for you to sit around on your asses the whole day okay.
