Haven’t received my phone

I’m so disappointed with mtn,I ordered iPhone 15 pro max on the 25th of October my application was approved but up until this day I haven’t had anything from them not even a communication I don’t know if my phone will come or not,no update NOTHING.i just hope they can do better with their communication Because wow this is insane I’m super disappointed it’s almost a month now
