Haven't even started using the service and I'm utterly dissatisfied!!!

Very dissatisfied customer, been waiting 2 weeks for MTV to send DSV the instruction for my manual delivery, everytime I call in they tell me to wait, this is very unacceptable! While I'm waiting I'm spending money and hot-spotting my TV just so my child could have something to do while he's on holiday, nobody is giving me any sort of solution, even DSV is waiting so they can deliver my parcel I don't understand what is so difficult about this, I should not be spending money when I've already paid 2 months in advance for wifi I don't have !!
