Have not received my Galaxy VR

<p>On the 31 of August I app**** for a Samsung Galaxy S7 special which comes with a Free GearVR and Tab3 lite. Before applying I asked the consultand at mtn newtown junxtion if I will get the VR since that's the only reason I took this deal. She confirmed with her regional manager and put my application through. I recived the phone only 2 weeks later on the 15 Sep 2016. It was activated and I recieved the Tab3 as well. Lerato advised I will get the GearVR in a week or two. It's been almost a month an I have not recived anything. I have check on the samsun rewards app everyday but no VR either. I would like my VR asap, Since it is the only reason I took this contract.</p>
