have not received my fones

hello my name is puleng simelane, I live in Clarens free State. on the 27th of January I ordered Huawei P40 lite on contract from your strap street office in Bethlehem I was told it would take 24hrs after a week I went to inquire I was told that specific fone is not readily available and was advised to change my order of which I did and I opted for the Huawei P Smart and ordered 2 instead of 1 it's been 2 weeks and still I have not received a call from your agent to say I should collect my phone's .my question is will I still get the phones or forget about them and source out from other service providers? thank you
