Have I been 'LOYAL' for nothing!!!

<p>I hav been wit MTN 4 more than 9yrs & I must say its been the best network. I always paid my bill on time wit no issues but the past few days have been ******* 2 say the least. Found out that MTN has been billing me 4a device even though my contract was out of term. Getting a refund clearly is not something likes 2 do as I hav called the centre 3 times, got 3 ref numbers & spoke 2 about 9 agents (names noted dwn). most dnt knw what they r talking about or either make promises, get my hopes up and disappoint me. I feel like MTN *****ed me good and treat me like *******. thanks MTN.....EXtremely Angry for time wasted on u</p>
