Have deteriorated to a point of utter incompetence

Having been a loyal MTN contract client for over 10 years and ALWAYS paying on time, MTN decided to deactivate my account without reason. I could not find out why. You cannot email MTN, as they only reply that you must phone. You cannot phone, as they do not answer. I went to an MTN shop, who kindly tried to contact MTN on my behalf. It took MTN over an hour to answer their call, and then cut them off.
Now, you tell me, MTN - how can I POSSIBLY believe you that you regard me as an important customer?
I am not important to you at all. Good luck in your new ad campaign - \Faster and More Efficient". But how well do you think it will work with your stinking customer service? Do you really think the public are so stupid as to believe your campaign when the facts speak otherwise? I doubt it."""
