Have 2 problems
I took a contract with mtn via nashua mobile(middle man) 3 year back for R299 3G soft log uncapped now nashua mobile not operated any more and all the contracts went back to the s/p my case mtn after 24 months thy want to force me to change my contact but I am did not because I am happy with what I have even month to month now mtn change my contract without me knowing or agree to it please help not happy I need legal advise to resolve this I want to sue the living day light out of them now second thy took 447 out of my account 28/02/2015 We On 04/03/2015 and still our router does not work I mail them 5 times already and since saterday up to day call them and was not successful don't understand it it her please help or must I go to legal people and get the ball rolling I am die bliksim in I see only red help help help help

Kindly note that content service is not part of MTN services. The registration of these services is completely voluntary and is activated on the handset. Therefore, the billing solely gets traced back to the MTN number.
Please dial *141*5# to view, activate or cancel any WASP subscription.
Regarding the connection to your router, please contact our data helpdesk by dialling 1555 from your MTN cell phone.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
