Harrowing Experience - MTN HeadOffice - Vaal Mall store

MTN SA, worst than TELKOM, their complaints (***) department does not respond to their emails at all, been 15 days and counting. The Store Manager does not allow you speak to the their Area Manager or give the details. Head office switchboard ***) transfers you to the cancellation department (083135), Cancellation department sends you back to the store, The store is waiting for the cancellation department, what a MESS!! They refuse to cancel a contract they activated without me signing and approving, they BILL me but they have both their phone and SIM!!! On the day of activation I alerted them, 28 days have passed and counting. I thought I've seen them all in Telkom, but this one deserves a CUP.
