Harrassment for a proof of payment

On the 8 August 2016 I was accused of not making a payment and was requested to send the POP , which I have done. Everytime even before then I have been receiving messages to pay the account or else the line will be disconnected. Each time I called to query and none of the consultance could advise me why I am receiving this message as I have been paying my account. On the 10th October 2016 Kgomotso ( a team leader in the call centre)assured me that I will not be receiving these messages any longer as he will make sure that this time my POP is sent to the correct accounts people. Immediately after i dropped the call I received an sms saying I need to make a payment and another sms followed the next morning 11 October 2016 at 6am. I then called MTN again and ever since have been sending emails with the proof of payments to the Credit Managers email address , I am assuming that it goes to many different managers as I received replies from 3 people thus far and none of them are able to assist me . I also sent my statement as I have no idea how to deal with these people anymore so they can see that I made a payment .The Credit managers that has rep**** are namely Cerleaze; Olga Ntsime and Sifiso Maoka. They claim they need the reference as well as the account number that was used to make the payment, all the requested information is reflecting on the proof of payment , but Sifiso says that MTN cannot use a screenshot and I would like to know why they cannot use it as the exact same information reflecting on the screenshot will reflect on any other document as this is the information they require? I do believe that Sifiso is on some power trip as his logic does not make sense. I have not received a reason as to why I cannot use a screenshot of the proof of paymentas I am using telephone banking. His logic is delaying the whole payment allocations process, frustarting me and causing an inconvenience in my life! I do want this dealt with immediatley and I want to be compensated for all this inconvenience caused.
