Had a contract now its paid up but your attorneys spamming my emails and calls are not appreciated, please handle them, the way you were able to contact them when account was in arrears go back and alert them the account is paid up before you put my name in the mud.

04 Apr 2019, 10:16i have sent emails to retentions@mtn, i want the status on the account ref no:***8, we paid and according to emails we directly had with MTN, the account should have been closed on last settlement payment. please revert back to me.
