Harrasing Calls,Emails and Texts

Was misold by a MTN sales advisor during a cold call back in 2010, couple of days later courier service arrived to deliver this package for a handset,<br> I was not happy with the handsrt at all and called back to MTN to have the handset returned.<br> The courier arrived a day or two later and picked up the handset and off it went.<br> <br> I've been handed over to VVM debt collectors and they have been harassing me for more than 2yrs<br> <br> I've said on numerous occasions that I've returned the. Handset via courier and I should have no business with Mtn whatsoever or the Debt collectors<br> <br> Phone calls, SMS messages, emails the whole lot and nothing is being done about this ridiculous amount they are requesting of Balance Outstanding R 4,982.75<br> <br> I'm now being threatened with serious action being taken against me and a negative effect on my credit file
