Harrased by MTN

<p>good day</p> <p>please assist ,,, i have been hassed by MTN many times since last year am tired and i dont know what to do anymore .. i had a contract with autopage years back this was taken over the phone for my daughter but i was paying the contract eventualy end of 2015 we told them that we not going to renew the contract anymore once the term comes to en end which was ending in january or ferbruary ,,, meantime autopage was busy closing down handing everything to MTN ... but all was done over the phone ... now MTN wants a writern confirmation to Autopage that i was not interested in renewing the contract ... where must i get a writern confirmation to autopage while everything was done over the phone and all calls were recorded as per autopage policy ... now MTN decided to go ahead and debit money from my account as a continuation with a contract without my permision plus they want 2 or 3months notice of ending the contract.... excuse me !! ... i never had a contract with MTN in the first place i had with autopage .. what ever happened between autopage and MTN while handing over business should not be my problem i dont owe autopage as well as MTN as far as i understand .... now MTN has handed me over to laws to do debt colletion for them ... now they calling me all the time threatining me ... am tired of being ****** by these big companied when things dont go right financialy on thier side i become a victim ... please assist</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
