Harder to get itemised billing from MTN than NASA?

According to MTN inorder to get itemised billing for a pay as you go number you need to fill in 2 seperate forms called PAIA and an affidavit which needs to be signed by the police which i duly have done the form says you need to fax it to Lahlang Somo at *** however there is no contact number only the fax. 1 week later we still have not heard from Lahlang and i am still no closer to getting my 1 months itemised billing and try phoning MTN headoffice on *** this person or department does not exist so no what?????
