Hard o Cancel Contract

Your call centre in non-existence. Nobody pick-up the phone. Been trying to call for 2 weeks trying to cancel a contract but no answer after 30 minutes of calling. But when it comes to upgrades as i pushed upgrade option and within 5 seconds call answered and when I said I wanted to cancelled put on hold again. Thats bad customer experience i do not want to experience again.
