Hard Lock NO Cust Service

MTN has absolutely no customer service process. I I have been "hard locked" out of my phone and wifi for almost a week. I have been to the store for assistance. Called 135, which does not give you the options you actually need. The so called service champions that speak to you, keep referring the problem to someone else. NO ONE is taking accountability for this issue! How can one pay for a service that you are unable to use!!?? I have two tickets logged RE*** and Re***

This is the worst service I have ever received!! My hands are tied!
