Harassments will not stop

Please help!

I took out a Galaxy 21 FE at the end of January 2022. I returned it within the stipulated 7 days as the phone was incorrect.

The reference number I do have is 13uopkb and a few more. I do have a receipt for the device collected by DSV.

I was on a call with an MTN agent two the beginning of June and they have assured me that the phone has been received by the warehouse and cancellation is already in progress. I am so frustrated at this point because MTN has been billing me for a device I do not have. I have a p40 lite on my name with MTN is now also being affected every time I have to dispute the debit order of the phone (which they debit as one package). I just want to finish paying for the Huawei (which ends in September and be done with these *********** a-holes). It's exhausting telling the same story to 10 different people at MTN and still not getting joy.

Now after 6 months they have started sending me a bill for a Galaxy R9 which I have never even taken out.

It's stressing me out so much because I know they will be taking it to the lawyers soon.

I've sent the proof of everything roughly about 10 times at this point.

I'm at my wits end!!!

Please do not ever order on line from MTN, they will send you the incorrect device and bill you bringing your credit score down as well.
