Harassment at MTN

What a horrible experience at the Mall of Africa branch. I went in to collect my phone from repair. I said hello to the consultant and slipped my reference code to him.

He responded by asking me what I thought he should do with that. I was slightly taken aback and said that I was there for the collection and that is my reference.

This man (Bongani Ndlovu) proceeded to berate me for not greeting him in a friendly enough manner, according to his standards and when I asked if another consultant could help me he said no, he would help me while he continued his verbal onslaught.

This man told me that I could "shut up" and "leave the store".

Another consultant eventually helped me out while this person carried on harassing me at intervals.

I am absolutely astounded that MTN employs people like this in customer facing roles.
