Harassment at its worst!

I just recently purchased a new phone and obviously within minutes I was being called for phone insurance. I told the operator that I do not wish to have cellphone insurance and asked to be removed from the list. That was Tuesday morning, its Thursday and that same number has called me over 100 times. How do I know this? I blocked the number. This is harassment and I ask publicly that *** to stop phoning me!!!
