HARASSMENT

I app**** for a double deal contract from Mondo in December and they delivered only one cellphone and MTN sim card. I returned the sealed phone and sim card to MTN Menlyn within four days of receiving it. Now I'm getting demands of paying for something I did not use eventhough I have followed the right cancellation processes.
