Harassment

I am livid with the calls I’m receiving from the company’s “attorneys”.

I had a sim and router contract in 2020 which finished in 2022. When I spoke to their last representative requesting to not continue with the contract, all was agreed on and service rendered.

2 years later, MTNs attorneys are harassing me with payment requests via telephone with the last caller about 2 minutes ago being rude asking for a cancellation letter… It was not my responsibility to get such and the first ever I hear of such when opting not to renew.

Why 2 years later MTN? Are you low on profit and hoping to hustle old clients?
