Harassment
Why does Mtn insist on sending through sms's in the middle of the night when I'm asleep. Why does Mtn insist on passing on my number to all and sundry so that they can harass me day or night with all kinds of jargon they want to sell me. How dare they do this to their clients. The harassment never stops.

Thank you for your post.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Please be aware that as per our record the only smses you are receiving from MTN is for the campaign you subscribed for, which is the upstream promo and Q4moola and we note that the campaign smses are not sent during the night. Please be aware that MTN is not responsible for 3rd party smses you are receiving. If there's an option to opt out on the3rd party being sent to you kindly follow their procedure of opting out or you can spam the smses on your handset as we note that you are using Samsung Galaxy S III Min.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
