HARASSED BY MTN EMPLOYEE : THEMBISILE MHLONGO

TERRIBLE SERVICE by a consultant by the name of THEMBISILE MHLONGO who is clueless, mean and unprofessional that she hung up on customers. I wish that MTN listen to the recording of calls to address the matter as I know that I am not the only customer she treated that way. She indeed need to be trained and taught that customers are paying her salary. She must be reminded that she is not running his father's business here... If she is not sure of what the customer queries, she must refer or escalate. What a disgrace... My query or reference number : REQ*** not yet resolved and I know MTN will as it wasn't the first service request done and always being assisted by professionals hence my loyalty which is about to be ruined by aThembisile who have audesity to write wrong statements that I am the one who hung up whereas she's the one who did. I need a written apology for all this and she must get dealt with, seriously.
