Harassed by MTN
I got a phone, they failed to connect it I too k it back in 3 days to the Mtn in sunning hill. They then said I owe them, I called to confirmed and I was told the contract will be canceled cos the girl that assisted me left. I then received attorneys letter, I contact them again and they dropped that. This morning I received another letter from attorneys saying I owe 4000. I don't even have a contract number with Mtn. Why is MTN harassing me? Who is not doing their job?
