Harassed by MBD INC because of MTN South Africa

Hello hi,

MTN has handed me over to some debt-collecting company called MBD INC who also can't explain why they are harassing me for an account that was paid and settled way back in September 2020 and have a paid-up letter that was emailed to me by Tshepiso Moletsane from their Legal Action Department dated 10 September 2020.

According to MBD INC, MTN has handed me over to them because I haven't made payments in this account since the 26th of November 2019 which is impossible because the account has been paid off.
