Don't know why your other customers are complaining but my insurance claim went through successful, and within a week my old S7 edge was looking brand new. Submit your completed application form to ********** Pay your excess fee and send proof of payment to ********** MTN will send a courier company to collect your damaged device without any courier fees. and within a week your new looking device will be delivered by a courier company.
