My dad and I were assisted with a sim swap by Thabang( Mtn store-Makhado Crossing Louis Trichardt). He was told his sim swap was not successful by the consultants at the Elim Hospital Mall and they were not even keen on helping him get a number that he has been using his whole life. Thabang was very friendly and professional. He has very good communication skills and also very patient. Mtn needs exceptional people like him who have good customer service.
