I got a very good service from Eric at MTN Menlyn shopping center yesterday on the 03rd of December 2024.He managed to change the address on the router and it is now working.I approached pta central prior going to Menlyn and they failed to assist me.They just told me the router has a fault and I need to go to Menlyn to be assisted. I even tried to call the centre and I was informed that the problem is the coverage. If it wasn't of Eric, I would definitely be stuck with a router that is not connecting.Thank you Eric.
